Background |
Jennifer was the second oldest of four children. Both of her parents
were police officers when she was born and she used to love seeing her
parents in her uniforms. Her parents were raised as Orthodox Jews and
punished her all through Hebrew school, where she mastered her first
language. She was pushed by her parents to excel in school, but after
graduation she chose her own path and enlisted in the Navy. She spent
four years in the Navy serving as a hospital corpsman. She was
attached to a Marine Corps unit as a corpsman and continued in that
tradition as she moved into the reserves. When she turned 21 she knew
what she wanted to do however.
She applied for the NYPD and was accepted into training. She was
contacted by a lieutenant a two weeks before her training was to start
and told that she'd be training separately than her co-workers.
She
spent six months training with this lieutenant and various other
officers, who informed her that she'd be working undercover
immediately after being sworn in a police officer. Her entire world
was shaken when she received her assignment. She was to go undercover
in an organization known as the JDL. It was an organization that
they'd been looking at for a few years. She spent three years
undercover in the organization, which took its toll on her family. They'd seen some pamphlets in her home about the groups and when they
questioned her, all she could say was that it was what she believed. At the end of her stint she was finally allowed to reveal that she was
actually an officer to her father, who was taken by the news.
She was promoted to sergeant in 1995 with a stellar score on her exam.
She was assigned to an anti-crime unit in the same precinct where her
sister and father now worked as officers. She was in the position for
3 years until she was informed by her former commander, Captain
Richard Clark that she was going to have to get out of town and never
look back. She asked why, and learned that several of the people that
were involved in the operation were coming up missing and some where
dead. They staged a crash and had a hearing to grant Jennifer a"medical" retirement. By this time she had a 2 year old daughter and a
husband. He wasn't thrilled about moving and Jennifer wasn't going to
fight him. She got a divorce and moved to Miami , figuring she
wouldn't be followed here. Her ex-husband was given custody of their
child.
She took a few odd jobs in Florida before deciding to join the FHP.
She worked in patrol for a few months before transferring to
Narcotics. She became widely liked and known as a good undercover and
worked hard to keep her superiors happy. She had many events happen
over her career but none were more important that when she was
assigned to a detail on the protection of an Israeli dignitary. She
encountered a sniper on a ledge and began a struggle with him for his
gun. She almost fell over a ledge but she managed to shoot him before
that happened. The lieutenant governor praised her for her efforts and
she was awarded the FHP Medal of Valor.
When she moved to Miami , she had very few contacts but eventually
began to meet people. She met a Secret Service agent working in the
Miami office and they started dating. His name was Chris Reynolds, a
quick witted agent who was quietly making his own name within the
secret service ranks. He himself had a daughter of his own, Ryan, who
was a little older than her daughter, Niya. They married on Sept 10,
2001, a decision which interrupted their honeymoon as Jennifer decided
to go back to New York and postpone her honeymoon. They finally got
that honeymoon in December and spent it in Aspen , Colorado .
Jennifer stayed at the FHP Post Nine for a few years before she
transferred to Post Seven due to her second husband getting a
promotion and transfer to the CHP as a regional liaison. They found a
house in Sierra Falls and she transferred to the SFPD. She made a name
for herself, eventually earning her a spot on the elite SCT.
She lives in Sierra Falls with her husband, Chris and her
step-daughter Ryan. Her daughter Jessica, who is 14, lives in New York
with her father.
She also serves in the US Navy Reserve as a Senior Chief Hospital
Corpsman (SW/FMF). Throughout her time in the Navy she has been
learning the Russian Language. She's is fluent, but she isn't the best
translator.
She spent a year and a half working in the Street Crimes Unit before
realizing the need for a calmer position within the department. She
decided to return to the patrol unit. It was a calmer position without
the long hours and allowed her to spend more time with her family.
She transferred back to the patrol division in July of 2007 to the Ash
Street Precinct.

Personlity Profile |
Nearly 15 years of undercover work has made Jennifer a highly unpredictable person at times. When she's under she can get in really deep and sometimes forgets the job she's being paid to do. When she was in the NYPD she liked working on the high profile cases, but in the FHP she likes taking it slow and easy.
She is very tough and independent, thanks to her undercover work. She has learned to trust her instincts and thinks that first impressions are usually correct.
She is in love with her two girls, one 11, the other 16. They are her entire life and she lives everyday hoping to make life just a little bit better for them. |
|
Physical Profile |
Jennifer loves to dress casual. Her idea for dressing is jeans and a t-shirt, showing enough cleavage to attract the guys, but also to make them know they can't have a thing. She uses her assets to get what she needs, but knows not to cross the line.
